Agreement to terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Benefit Discounts. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the site. Benefit Discounts is a free, independent directory of discounts and programs offered by other companies and organizations. It is not a government website, and it is not affiliated with any government agency or with the companies listed. We do not determine eligibility, accept applications, or earn money from any listing.
Intellectual property rights
You may copy and republish the listings as a collection under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license (CC BY 4.0), provided that you credit Benefit Discounts. Please keep each entry’s verified date attached, so that your readers can see how recent it is. Do not present a copy as originating from a government agency. The license does not cover company names, program names, logos, or the companies’ own pages. These belong to their respective owners, and listing a company does not imply that it endorses us, or that we endorse it.
Prohibited activities
You must not use the site to violate the law, attempt to disrupt or overload it, or present it or its listings as originating from a government agency.
Third-party websites and content
Listings link to websites that we do not control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
Privacy policy
Our Privacy Policy explains what the site and its host receive when you visit.
Modifications
We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means that you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Dispute resolution
Any dispute relating to these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.
Corrections
We verify each listing against the company’s official page, but offers change, and a listing may be out of date, incomplete, or incorrect. Before you apply, make a purchase, or make plans, confirm the eligibility requirements, the price, and the terms on the company’s official page. If this site and that page differ, the company’s page takes precedence.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, that it is accurate, complete, available, or fit for any particular purpose. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or benefits advice. If you are unsure how a program could affect your benefits, please consult your benefits office. Limitations of liability

We are not responsible for what a company offers or declines, for an application being denied, or for any cost, loss, or change to your benefits that results. If you are dissatisfied with the site, your sole remedy is to stop using it. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not all apply to you.
Miscellaneous
If a court determines that any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
